We shall not be liable to you or any third or subsequent party for any loss that you or any third or subsequent party suffer (including, without limitation, damages for any consequential loss or loss of business opportunities or projects, or loss of profits or any other THING...) howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort or otherwise from your use or inability to use this Site, or any of its contents, or from any action or omission taken as a result of using this Site.

If you chargeback a payment through paypal within 72 hours, we will consider the issue CLOSED. If you attemt to or do chargeback a payment AFTER your order has been fullfilled, we will condiser it FRAUD and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the LAW!

We make no guarantee or warranty that the contents of the Site that has been placed by Third Party Advertisers is/are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has or MAY have contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof or there FOR. You MUST take Precautions against any infections by installing and using appropriate Anti-Virus and Anti-Maleware Software.

8. Violation of any of the above terms will result in your being charges $50,000.00 USD for each infraction. Payment will be sought through lawful venues, including, but not limited to, collections and litigation.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Use

We reserve the right to amend these Terms without notice to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the Site.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of The State Of Nevada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to (and you irrevocably submit to) the exclusive jurisdiction of the State Of Nevada.
