If your banner does not show, and instead you see a message stating that 'Your Banner Image is Missing From Your Server', you have either put the image in the wrong place on your server, Entered the wrong name on the form or you have moved or deleted it... make sure you have uploaded the banner image to the exact location you entered in the form or else you will continue to see the missing banner message!
