• The practice of training is meditation in order to focus one’s mind or move to a deeper level of consciousness or to gain an understanding of the same, with the expectation of an advantage.

• To achieve the spirit of the mind fundamentally requires the alignment of mind and body (and soul). It needs to separate the external world from the internal and focus only on the core.

• Meditation has been practiced since unknown times in religious, spiritual and well-being practices. It is not a derivative from any of them. All these practices benefit from meditation in one way or the other.

Meditation in religion

Different religions use meditation as a part of religious practice, as it has many positive effects on those who practice it.

Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity are some of the major religions in the world, which proclaim the importance of meditation.
